The Balance Tour was nicknamed the “Ambulance Tour” by the band due to an amount of physical ailments, as Hagar had throat problems during the first concerts, Eddie suffered a hip injury caused by avascular necrosis , and Alex wore a neck brace due to ruptured vertebrae.
