On March 14, 2018, they announced the release of their 16th single and revealed a change in the stylization of their band name to the all-uppercase [ALEXANDROS]. The title of the single was later revealed as “Kabuto”. Kawakami later explained during his regular radio show that the change was made “just on a whim”. The single was released on May 23, followed by “Mosquito Bite” in July, which served as the theme song for the live-action film adaptation of Bleach .
