Ginsburg indicated in August 2022 that work on a new CKY album had begun. The band also announced that they would be performing at the Blue Ridge Rock Festival on September 7, 2023. In May 2024, the band is set to complete its first US tour in over five years, the New Reason to Dream Tour, to mark its 25th anniversary. On April 30, 2024, Ginsburg confirmed the upcoming album title as New Reason to Dream . He also said that the album is in the mixing process, and will be released independently .
