In May 2024, the band announced that they would be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Thornley album Come Again by temporarily re-adopting the Thornley moniker for the first time in 13 years. Former guitarist Paulo Neta had rejoined the band as an intermittent touring member at this point. They performed two one-off shows in Canada, where they exclusively played songs from both Thornley albums, some of which have not been performed live since their release. The band also remastered and reissued the album on streaming services with previously unreleased bonus tracks, and on vinyl for the first time ever. The band then reverted back to the Big Wreck moniker and announced two more one-off shows for March 2025, billed as Big Wreck & Thornley . The band performed both as Thornley and as Big Wreck, opening for themselves and playing both respective eras of their catalogue.
