The band played a series of live performances for the first time since 2018 in April 2024, alongside Puscifer and Primus . On March 29, 2024, the band released their first new song in 6 years – ” Kindred “. The song was released as part of a three-way split EP, Sessanta E.P.P.P. , which contains one song each from A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, and Primus. Freese returned to the band for the first time in 13 years to record drums for the track. He performed drums on some of the tour dates, while Gunnar Olsen of Puscifer filled in when there conflicts with Freese’s shows with the Foo Fighters during his short stint with the band.
