Radiohead dropped their 8th album ‘The King of Limbs’ on 18th Feb 2011 as a download straight from their website. After getting bogged down with In Rainbows’ extended recording process & far more of a rock sound , the band decided to mix things up with The King of Limbs by chopping up their recordings on turntables & looping them back together – a total departure from their previous approach . A few months later its on the shelves in March via XL, and theres also a special newspaper edition in May to boot.
