On March 31, 2025, Blue October’s latest single, “Hot Stuff”, was released. It debuted at number 33 on the iHeartRadio Alternative Top 40 chart, making it their 21st song to break into the top 40. For their Fall 2025 “We Didn’t Die Young” tour, the set featured songs with a theme of perseverance through loss and other obstacles, and the band was joined by guitarist Will Knaak. “Hot Stuff” and “Everything We Lost in the Fire” were issued on physical media , as a limited edition 12″ vinyl single that was only available for purchase at the concerts. In 2026, for the 20th anniversary of their most successful album Foiled , Blue October plan to release it on vinyl for the first time, and stage a tour in which they will play all the songs from the album from start to finish. Later in 2026 they plan to release their long-awaited thirteenth studio album.
