Barenaked Ladies signed with Vanguard Records and released Grinning Streak in June 2013. Its singles included “Boomerang”, ” Odds Are ” and “Did I Say That Out Loud?”. The album debuted at number ten on the Billboard 200. The band also collaborated with Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield and the Wexford Gleeks choir on “I.S.S. (Is Somebody Singing)”, performed in February 2013 with Hadfield aboard the International Space Station .
