As well as continuing to record their sixth album, Brown stated that the band was in the midst of preparing a 20th-anniversary expanded edition of their self-titled debut album, due out in 2020 alongside a 20th-anniversary tour. A 20th-anniversary re-recording of their debut, titled Wheatus 2020 , was released in December 2023.
