Lally ha suonato nel disco Disconnection Imminent dei concittadini post punk Decahedron, oltre ad aver partecipato insieme a John Frusciante (RHCP) e Josh Klinghoffer (The Bicycle Thief) nell’album Automatic Writing del supergruppo Ataxia. Ha anche pubblicato tre album solisti: There to Here nel 2006 , ” Nothing is Underrated ” nel 2007 e ” Why Should I Get Used to It ” nel 2011 .
