In 2020, it was announced that Before & After would be released on vinyl for the first time. A previously-unreleased song entitled “Can’t Kill The Musikk” was shared simultaneously, which was originally written for the album but not completed until 2020. The single was released on September 3, 2020, with a live version of “My Home Town” as the B-side. Later that year, the band announced that they would be reforming to perform live dates. Three dates in Sweden in March 2021 were announced, with a new press shot of the band. In January 2024, the band released their first new material in over 20 years, a stand-alone single entitled “It’s You (It’s You It’s You It’s You)”.
