On May 17, 2019, Jimmy Eat World announced the completion of their tenth studio album, planned for release in the fall. On September 18, 2019, Kerrang! magazine interviewed Jimmy Eat World about their new album, Surviving . It features 10 tracks including “Congratulations”, “Surviving” and “Criminal Energy”, as well as the previously released single “Love Never”. The band released Surviving on October 18, 2019.
