During the month of May Kent went on a small club tour in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
Bruce Soord of The Pineapple Thief temporarily filled in Eriksson for the band’s May tour
and the album Tigerdrottningen was released on 30 April.
On 23 April 2014 Mando Diao’s seventh studio album Ælita was released in Sweden
Longtime drummer Liljekvist also left the band in April 2014
The first single ” La Belle Epoque ” was released on 12 March 2014
The first single, “Black Saturday”, was released in Sweden on 11 January 2014.
Just prior to the touring, the band released another EP of b-sides, Kocytean for Record Store Day 2014
In the summer of 2014 Kent held their own festival called Kentfest in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
The band embarked on an acoustic tour – “The Unplugged & Reworked Tour” in support of the album in 2014
