On October 24, Cage the Elephant released a music video for the song “Social Cues” from their album Social Cues .
“Golden Oldies” was released as the third single in October 2019.
On September 23, Cage the Elephant announced tour dates in February and March 2020, in the UK and Europe.
The band signed with their original label Polydor Records for their seventh studio album, Duck , which released on 26 July 2019.
The band had to cancel tour dates during their European tour from June 12–20 due to an injury guitarist Nick Bockrath suffered.
The band also played a homecoming show at Elland Road in Leeds on 8 June 2019, which was also to celebrate 100 years of Leeds United.
“People Know How To Love One Another” released as a second single on 6 June 2019.
The first single from the album, “Record Collection”, was released on 23 May 2019
The album Social Cues was released on April 19, 2019, via RCA Records.
