On August 21, 2026, Bayside released a third EP “Bark At The Moon”, which featured the “Killing Time” B-side track “Don’t Come Easy”, along with four previously released songs.
On August 18, 2026, Anberlin announced their ninth studio album Currency , their first with Mullins as lead vocalist, supported by the lead single “Neverafter”. With this announcement it was confirmed that Christian had fully departed the band, and Mullins would assume the full-time role as the band’s lead vocalist.
On 8 August, the band announced that they had delayed the album’s release to 18 September.
On July 24, 2026, Bayside released another EP “Proxima Centauri B”, which featured a “Killing Time” B-side track “Battle Scars”, along with four existing songs.

The band had also played a no-barricade release show on the same day at B.E.C. Arena in Manchester , with acts such as Static Dress , Showing Teeth and Dying Wish , as well as founding guitarist Curtis Ward’s new band Still in Love.
The re-recording, titled Count Your Blessings | Repented , was released on 10 July 2026.
The album deluxe addition features nine bonus tracks, and was released on July 10, 2026.
On June 26, 2026, Bayside released a new EP “Anywhere But Here”, which featured four existing songs and a previously unreleased track “Monster” from their 2011 album “Killing Time”. Notably, the EP was released via Fearless Records , as opposed to their usual partner, Hopeless Records.
On 25 June, ” Dehumanized ” was released.
