Larks’ Tongues in Aspic (1972–1973) (2012)
An article in The Guardian on 24 December 2011, entitled “The Guide’s guide to the next 12 months”, claimed that the band were set to reunite in 2012 with a new album planned, but was later denied by official sources and confirmed to be a mistake by the article’s author.
After graduating, the band moved to Cambridge where they spent several months working on their music before signing a deal with Infectious Music in December 2011.
In December 2011, Grinderman disbanded immediately following an Australian tour. Their final performance was at the Meredith Music Festival in rural Victoria.
On November 21, 2011, the band reissued their debut album Your Favorite Weapon with new artwork and bonus tracks.

At the 2011 Broadcast Music, Incorporated (BMI) Awards held in London on 4 October, Queen received the BMI Icon Award for their airplay success in the US.
A 7″ single containing ” Bloodflood ” and “Tessellate” was released by Loud and Quiet in October 2011.
On 26 September 2011, Pink Floyd and EMI launched an exhaustive re-release campaign under the title Why Pink Floyd…? , reissuing the back catalogue in newly remastered versions, including “Experience” and “Immersion” multi-disc multi-format editions. The albums were remastered by James Guthrie , co-producer of The Wall .
