On 16 May 2013, Franz Ferdinand officially announced their fourth album, titled Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action , along with cover art, track listing and a release date of 26 August 2013.
A third single from Arc – “Duet” – was released on 25 March 2013 on 7″ vinyl.
In early March they performed ” Evil Eye ” and ” Love Illumination “
while the end of the month saw the live premiere of “Goodbye Lovers & Friends”.
On 25 February 2013, Wilson released his third solo album, The Raven That Refused to Sing , of which some copies contained a compilation sampler disc of music made by artists on the record label Kscope; one track was a new Blackfield song, “Pills”, taken from the forthcoming album.
