The first actual single from the album was the re-recorded ” Feel Good Drag ” which was set to go to radio on August 18 – eventually being released on August 26.

9 August 2008 saw the debut of the video for the single “Kicking and Screaming” on MySpace.
On 4 August 2008, the band confirmed the name of their third album as Off with Their Heads .
On 3 August 2008 they performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago.
They also performed on August 2 in Chicago at the 2008 Lollapalooza festival.
Again produced by Jacknife Lee and Paul Epworth, Intimacy was rush-released later that month, with the album available to download 3 days after an announcement in August 2008.
