On October 29, 2007, the band appeared as “The Shinys” on the children’s television series Yo Gabba Gabba! . They performed a sequence called The House of Spooks . We Are Pilots received a Grammy Award nomination on December 6, 2007, in the Best Electronic/Dance Album category but lost to The Chemical Brothers .
