Following this string of activity, the Bad Seeds became dormant while Grinderman reactivated and released Grinderman 2 in 2010. The group also attracted further attention when their song “Up Jumped the Devil” featured in the 2010 action-adventure game Alan Wake , followed later in the year by “O Children” appearing in the film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 . In December 2011, Grinderman disbanded immediately following an Australian tour. Their final performance was at the Meredith Music Festival in rural Victoria.
