On 16 September 2022, Mumford released his debut solo studio album, Self-Titled . The record was preceded by three singles: ” Cannibal “, ” Grace “, and “Better Off High”. In late November 2022, Mumford teased a new studio album from the band, stating that “the next thing really is to get in the room with the boys in the band and start playing each other the songs we’ve written.” The band debuted a new song, “Maybe”, live on 26 August 2023 at Beach Road Weekend Festival. On 16 January 2024, the band released “Good People”, a collaboration with Pharrell Williams . The single marks the band’s first new music release since the departure of Marshall.
