Demon Hunter released The World Is a Thorn , their fifth studio album, on March 9, 2010. It featured guest vocals by Dave Peters of Throwdown in “Feel As Though You Could”, Christian Älvestam of Miseration in “Just Breathe”, and Björn “Speed” Strid of Soilwork featured in the single “Collapsing”. The album debuted at No. 39 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 14,000.
