On February 28, 2025, Lennox released his seventh solo album, Sinister Grift . Inspired by his recent divorce from his longterm partner Fernanda Pereira, the album was recorded in close collaboration with his Animal Collective bandmate Deakin . It was preceded by the singles, “Defense”, “Ferry Lady” and “Ends Meet”.
