In November, just a week after the terrorist attacks in Paris , including the Bataclan where fellow desert rockers Eagles of Death Metal were playing, Mondo Generator kicked off a European tour at Speed Fest in Eindhoven, Netherlands, to a crowd of more than 5,000. The tour ran through 10 countries and concluded in Paris in mid-December. In 2016, the compilation album The Best of Mondo Generator was released. In 2018, drummer Bowman departed the band and was replaced by Michael Amster.
