To begin 1989, Gang Green toured the US during the Spring. Gittleman was fired by Doherty and was replaced by Josh Pappe, formerly of Dirty Rotten Imbeciles . Gittleman returned to The Mighty Mighty Bosstones . The band’s Older… Budweiser album was named so the band could attract sponsorship from the brewery of the same name.
