The band’s planned 2022 tour with Matchbox Twenty, which had already been postponed from 2020, was postponed again until 2023 due to scheduling conflicts. The band scheduled their own headlining tour in North America, announcing initial dates in April 2022, continuing to tour into 2023, with many sold out shows. On October 14, 2023, Jakob Dylan and former Wallflowers guitarist Michael Ward reunited for the first time in over 20 years in Las Vegas with Dylan being a surprise guest at Ward’s show, joining him for “One Headlight.” On April 1, 2024, Ward died due to complications of diabetes. The band paid tribute to him on their Facebook on April 3, 2024.
