On 8 May 2024, the band announced a new single titled Both Ways on X, their first single since Sheehan’s death. The following day, they announced that long-time supporting tour member Ben Sargeant and newcomer Ben Weaver would be joining the band as their bassist and lead guitarist, respectively, as they felt being a trio “would never be the same”. The single was released on 17 May 2024.
